The DS7 finds a home

Picked up this little guy this mornings. I have always had s soft spot for these two strokers. Had it running in less then an hour and already had some wheelie time on it. Pretty fast for a 250. DG pipes sound good.

Bye bye baby

So I sold off the Shovel project. Probably best to just suck it up. Trying to run a shop in winter maybe is a terrible idea. Do what I must and there are plenty of other bikes out there. Scored like three years worth of Loctite for 10 bucks. Normally 40 dollars a bottle. Insane!  So with a heavy heart I drove to drop off the shovel to the new owner. Then I spent the rest of the drive thinking about all the cool shit I'm gonna do with the money. Ha

Chachachanges

So the shop is plugging along as expected. Winter is upon us and I've got some time to work on my shovel. I'm changing it to hand clutch foot shift and see if I like it. It's been jockey shift since I built it. Might be my only bike for awhile. Shop Ironhead is pretty close and the best pizza in the world. 

Beamer

Tore into the Beamer project today. Got all the metal work knocked out and got it down on the floor. I love the before and after shot, it sits really low and looks kinda fast. It won't be but it looks like it. 

Newest Ironhead build

Spent all day railing on the newest Ironhead build. Got the wheels, brakes, chain, and exhaust all mounted today. Absolutely love these gold mags. Been wanting to build a bike with gold mags for a few years now. Big steps and now a ton a little steps till its done.

For The Noot

One of my only real motorcycle Heroes. Noot up in Chsrles City is a true pal. Gives knowledge as well as his pops.  Ruler and hoarder of sorts, owns the bike that broke both of our knees and is the only guy I trust yo machine engine parts for me. Made the trek up there last week and he had hand painted me s sign for the shop. Thanks and check him out on the sidebar. Noot tastic!
