Beach girls and shovels

Once again Chopper Dave has impressed me. Not only does he have skills with the camera he has a knack for finding all the things I love. In one foul swoop we have the beach, and insane shovel and a girlie. Composition is everything.

Crazy you say!

Started the swap on Monday and put oil in her today. Phil narrowed up the mag by taking off 5/8 on both sides and I got it in there with grinder to get the clearance for a spacer. I love the way it looks and should ride like a dream compared to the digger. Now it is just a waiting game for the weather to get good.

Holy Anchor bars Batman

Matt loved the bars we built so much he had to get them tattoo'd on himself. Nah, not really but these are the bars I built and he has a great tattoo in memory of his dad.

This is What happens

This is what happens when your bike tries to kill you. I have always wanted a long bike. The problem with long bikes is the freaking bike is long. I was out riding on Sunday and took a s curve fairly fast when the digger started doing this weird snake like wobble, which normally I would have rode it out but the back end started hopping off the ground then the front started tank slapping like crazy. I smashed on the rear brake and slid the back to a stop. I turned that MF'er around and took it back to the shop. This is what the solution was. One night of work and all that is left to do is narrow up the front wheel so it will fit in these narrow trees. I like to ride fast and I need to know my bike will not try and buck me off and the slightest bend in the road. So here is the Ironhead and I like it better already. Good strong motor, no rake, lowriding, wheelie popping, Anchor machine.

So last night The Three Stooges were on and it had been years since I watched any. Also last night I found this pic of Scarlett on the Belladonna blog. In every stooges episode there is a cute girl that walks in the room and all three stooges go ape shit YIP YIP YIP, yeeeeh. You know like there hats spin on top of there heads, there ties roll up then shoot back down. I think most men have this same reaction and when I saw this picture YIP YIP YIP weeez.

The first bike is Pete's that we worked on a few months ago. We did all the building/fab and he did the paint. It really turned out killer . Ryan's Ironhead I built the bars for and Shea's bike is looking stellar with the tank we painted. Enjoy

Already Time For World of Wheels

Last year we had just finished this 750 for World of Wheels. This year we are bringing 5 new builds. I am debuting the Ironhead digger and the Red Ironhead chopper. Tony is bringing his 750 that is literally getting wired tonight and loaded in tomorrow. We will also be bringing Josh Gasper's 550 that has never been anywhere. No one has seen the 750 street tracker that we are calling the copper bike unless you were at Ralph Wayne's.Also some customers are gonna bring there sickles down and hang out all weekend.
